Yes! Once we receive your order, our artists will create your design, and email you a proof. You can either approve or request revisions before printing.
Can I print more than one pet in a design?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of portraits for multiple pets. If you can't find an option that works for you, contact our support team and we'll make something just for you!
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.

Is this for dogs & cats only?
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
What is a"Digital Copy"?
We offer a high quality digital file of your completed artwork as an add-on to any physical product. You're free to use or share this artwork however you'd like!
If you select this option, you will receive your file digitally once your order has shipped.
Please note that currently do not offer Digital Downloads as a standalone product.
What is "Skip the Line"?
Skip the Line is an optional add on to push your custom portrait's artwork to the front of our artist's queue. By moving ahead in our queue, your artwork will be finished and on the way to you quicker than orders without this option - a great choice for the busy holiday season! Please note that it does not change the shipping speed or transit time.
