At Furr and Family, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your custom artwork. Our refund and return policy has been designed to be fair to both our valued customers and the talented artists who create your unique pieces. Here’s how it works:

Change of Mind Policy

Within 4 Hours: If you change your mind about your order, please notify us via email at Contact@furrandfamily.com  within 4 hours of placing your order. (Please note: cancellations or change requests made via social media, WhatsApp, website chat, or other methods will not qualify for refunds.) You will receive a full refund no Question asked.

After 4 Hours, Before Artwork Creation Begins: If you cancel after 4 hours but before our artists start working on your portrait, you will receive store credit for the full value of your order

After Artwork Creation Has Begun:  If our artists have already started creating your artwork, you will be eligible for store credit minus 20% of the order value , which helps cover the time and effort already invested.

Our artists typically begin working on your custom portrait shortly after your order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
