Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.

The print itself is great, however a couple things that made me give 4 stars:
- the t-shirt sizes just get longer and not wider. I got a medium hoping for a boxy fit but it’s just really long and narrow which is annoying.
- the communication with the company was pretty poor and not helpful, think 1-3 word answers 3-5 days apart which was frustrating as I wanted the item for a holiday.
There isn’t any guidance and I think they could give you a little more advice when you send in photos rather than just putting everything you send onto the t-shirt.
I did clearly say I wanted it to resemble a tee on the website and that seemed to have been ignored every time I emailed.
Other than that, like I said, the print is excellent 5/5 for that.
Absolutely adore it, this was a gift for my husbands 40th. Wasn't 100% sure at first how to place photos but after receiving 1st proof i made some changes and they were happy to oblige exactly as I asked. Will 100% purchase again.

Bought for a friend- she loved it! The print was high quality. I didnt find there was much time between sending the pictures, getting the mock design, to it being printed and sent. Very impressed.
A little frustrated at having waited over two weeks for the item, after an alteration to the preview was requested there was no contact for over a week until a enquired about the progress, the preview was then signed off but still no item received or delivery information provided sadly.

Unfortunately it is a birthday present and they haven’t had there birthday yet so cannot tell you what recipient thinks yet.
Good communication. Easy and straight forward process. Picture looks great. Only complaint would be a little bit of the paw is cut off on the original picture received but wasn't on proof. Also, maybe the company logo could have been put on the bottom of the picture rather on the middle of the dogs back.
Awesome place, honestly. I tought the process was going to be difficult with back and forth emails about design and editing etc but I was so wrong. They did an exceptional job and listened to what I wanted.
