How we make your pet portrait

We made our order process quick and easy, so you can get back to cuddling your fur baby!

Step 1: Take the Perfect Photo

Choose the best photo of your sweet four-legged friend from your photo roll and upload it to the website. If you are not sure whether your photo is good, you can send it to us via WhatsApp or Email and we can see which photo guarantees the best result.

Step 2: Personalize Your Artwork

Complete the work of art to your taste. Choose a frame size & background color, put your furry friend's name underneath and an optional caption. This can be anything, for example the date of birth/death, a fun fact or just a sweet text about your pet.

Step 3: Approval of the final result. 

After you have ordered, we will immediately start sending you a print sample within 24 hours, so that you are 100% satisfied before we print it. The moment you approve it, it goes directly to the printer and your work of art is printed. After this has been done, it will be framed and sent so that it can find a nice place in your home as quickly as possible. ✨

  Our production process

  Custom pet art creation

  Our expert designers will create your personalized pet portrait with lots of love, care and attention. We use proprietary design techniques, transformative photo re-touching and professional blending processes in our design house to produce your custom pet masterpiece. All designs go through an in-house quality check to ensure your unique pet artwork is absolutely perfect. Once we're happy we send a preview to you for approval!

  
  
  

  You approve it, then we print it

  Once you've approved your design preview, we'll send it to print. We’ll print your one-of-a-kind pet art masterpiece on to your chosen product using industry-leading techniques and printing equipment. Orders go through one more stage of quality control once printed, to ensure there were no issues with the ink or product during printing.
  

• Quality check and ship

  Finally, we'll carefully package your order into sturdy, durable packaging with minimal plastic usage. We'll ship your order with a fully tracked shipping method and send you a notification via email and/or text. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep. Time to get excited!
  
  
  
  

  Please note: We use the exact photo you upload with your order, during our artwork creation process. So make sure that the angle works well with your chosen portrait template, that the fur color is true to real life, and that you are overall happy with the photo you upload.
  
  
  All examples on site were made from high quality photos. If your photo is not good enough to use in our design phase, we'll reach out to you via email to see if you can send us another one.
