How we make your pet portrait

We made our order process quick and easy, so you can get back to cuddling your fur baby!

Step 1: Take the Perfect Photo

Choose the best photo of your sweet four-legged friend from your photo roll and upload it to the website. If you are not sure whether your photo is good, you can send it to us via WhatsApp or Email and we can see which photo guarantees the best result.

Step 2: Personalize Your Artwork

Complete the work of art to your taste. Choose a frame size & background color, put your furry friend's name underneath and an optional caption. This can be anything, for example the date of birth/death, a fun fact or just a sweet text about your pet.

Step 3: Approval of the final result.

After you have ordered, we will immediately start sending you a print sample within 24 hours, so that you are 100% satisfied before we print it. The moment you approve it, it goes directly to the printer and your work of art is printed. After this has been done, it will be framed and sent so that it can find a nice place in your home as quickly as possible.

Our artists create your personalised pet portrait with care and attention to detail. Each design goes through an in-house quality check before we send a preview to you for approval.

You approve it, then we print it

Once you've approved your design preview, we'll send it to print on your chosen product. Orders go through another quality check after printing to help ensure the finished artwork meets our standards.

Quality check and shipping

We'll carefully package your order and ship it using a tracked delivery method where available. You can follow your parcel through the tracking information provided after dispatch.

Photo quality matters

We use the photo you upload during the artwork creation process, so choose a clear image where your pet's face and features are easy to see. If your photo is not suitable for the chosen portrait style, we'll contact you to request another image.
